Followio provides tools for freelancers and small businesses to manage invoice reminders and client approvals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Plan"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or yearly).
- Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record).
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds solely for partial months of service or unused features, except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages that violate anti-spam laws.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Followio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
